COLOR CONSULTATIONS​

We hear it all the time, Help!  I am horrible at selecting colors!  This service is for our clients who only want help choosing colors.  You can have a Designer come to your home to provide you with solutions and take the stress out of the process.

What you get: 

• PAINT COLOR SELECTIONS: We come prepared with a bag of fan decks and large paint chips from various vendors and will email you a list of the colors selected and location the color will go for your reference.

• LARGE PAINT SAMPLES: No need for you to spend additional money and time purchasing the samples from the stores and painting them on your walls!  After the consultation, we will mail you large paint sample sheets  after the consultation at no additional charge.  Having a larger paint samplee helps because the more light that hits the sample gives you a more realistic idea of how the color will look.

DESIGN CONSULTATIONS​

This service is offered for our clients who simply want some creative solutions and design direction only.  They are typically planning to do the shopping for selections themselves.  It includes specific Paint color Selections and Design advice in as many rooms as you would like for up to 2 hours. 

What you get: 

• A 1 ON 1 CONSULTATION IN YOUR HOME WITH A DESIGNER

• PRACTICAL, VISIONARY AND CREATIVE DESIGN IDEAS IN AS MANY ROOMS AS YOU WOULD LIKE: We are passionate about sharing our knowledge with our clients and providing you with as much advice as possible!  

• PAINT COLOR SELECTIONS: This service also includes paint color selections.

• LARGE PAINT COLOR SHEETS: We document paint color selections and mail these to your home after the Consultation at no additional fee.  No need to purchase messy paint sample cans to help you select a color!

Client Preparation for the Consultation: 

• Budget: Think about what your budget is before the Design Consultation to help the Design Process run effectively.  We love providing you with cost-effective solutions whenever possible to get you the most bang for your buck!  Knowing what your budget is ahead of time helps determine which products we should suggest for you.

• Selections: If there are selections you have already made, it is helpful to have samples ready for us to look at with you to efficiently narrow down the options.  

• If you decide during the meeting that a Floor plan or Drawing would be beneficial, please let us know at this time in order to collect all the information required.

3D PERSPECTIVE RENDERINGS, ELEVATION DRAWINGS & FLOOR PLANS

FLOOR PLAN ONLY: 

Priced per project, Estimation of time required is given after the Initial Consultation

This is a great option for someone who wants new furniture and would like to do the shopping themselves, but are not sure on what scale of items to purchase. It starts with a Design Consultation where measurements of your space are taken and desires for the space are communicated.

What you get: 

• COMPUTER-AIDED FLOOR PLAN: Includes scale of each item in the space that is either existing or to be introduced into the updated space emailed to you after the Initial Consultation.  This will help to determine the layout and scale of items to purchase and the overall look in your space. (Please note: Elevation drawings and 3D Perspective Drawings are not included in Floor Plan only service, but may be added for an additional fee upon request) 

FLOOR PLANS, ELEVATIONS AND 3D PERSPECTIVE DRAWINGS:  

 A picture is worth more than a thousand words (in our humble opinion)!  We think that this is an exciting tool that helps our clients to visualize, communicate our design intent, and eases  their minds to feel more comfortable with the design before it is built or anything is purchased!  It is easier for the contractors, designers, and clients  to be on the same page, making the design process run smoothly.  You will have a thorough plan and get to “see” the room(s) before any walls come down, plan the scale of items in your space such as furniture, cabinetry, etc.and have a general idea of how a selection will look in your space.  When possible, we will use the actual selections in the 3D Rendering such as Countertop Selections and Paint colors to give you an idea of what it will look like before you proceed with Construction. Priced per project, an estimation of the amount of time required is given after the Initial Consultation

What you get: 

• 2-3 Design Options to choose from

• Floor plan of your Selected option

• Elevation drawings, with basic dimensions of your selected option (we do, however, advise all contractors and subs to take their own measurements before building or providing estimates)

• 2-3 3D Computer-aided Perspective drawings of the space

FURNISHINGS & ACCESSORIES

This option starts with the Design Consultation.  Our clients love it when we are able to We do the shopping for you & bring the samples to you!  If you do not want to or have time to go to a showroom, you don’t have to!  We have extensive product and Brand knowledge to offer you Creative solutions that really enhance your space beyond what you could have imagined it to be!  We shop with our client in mind and treat them (and their budget) the way we would like to be treated.  Where we shop for items depends on budget, style, and quality you desire.  We will share any industry or product knowledge with you to help you determine the best selections for your space and budget and present all selections options gathered for you in your home.
